Hilary Duff makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in an episode airing Friday (May 11).
The 24-year-old singer and actress gushed about her 1-month-old son, Luca, and opened up about his “very easy” delivery.
“I went into labor at about 1 in the morning and I very calmly had my bags packed and woke my husband up after about 3 hours of walking up and down my hallway. Then I’m like ok, it’s time to go, let’s go now,” Hilary recalled.
“I’m like my call my mom. Call my sister [Haylie]. You know get them all in here,” she added. “Things start rolling. All of the sudden the doors bust open and my sister and my mom come flying in and they’re like, ‘We got barbeque chips and root beer guys.’ I’m like what? I’m pushing … like they were just arriving for a show with their chips and their root beer!”
I have put a brand new layout up in the gallery, we seem to have the last one for ages! It features a lovely picture from Hilary’s album photoshoot for “Hilary Duff”:

It’s a good week to get into the Josh Gad business.
GoDigital, a leading video on demand and home entertainment distributor, announced on Tuesday that they had acquired the US digital distribution rights to the romantic dramedy She Wants Me, in which Gad, who also just had his NBC show 1600 Penn picked up for series, stars.
In the film, which was directed by Rob Margolies and produced by Charlie Sheen (who cameos) and Jeremy Schott, Gad plays Sam, a budding screenwriter who writes a film in which he asks his gorgeous girlfriend Sammy (Kristin Ruhlin) to star. That plan hits a bump in the road with the development that superstar actress Kim Powers (Hilary Duff) has read and loves the script and wants the part. It’s an ironic twist that puts Sam in a tough position, which is not at all helped by Sammy’s ex-husband crashing on their couch.
The film goes straight to cable and digital outlets on September 18.
